Objective:

This innagural West Michigan Coaches Forum will bring face-to-face, professional development and networking to coaches on the west side of Michigan.  While all Michigan coaches are welcome, we are excited to make this opportunity accessible and available “outside our back door.”   The forum will provide small and large group sessions on topics related to the skills and business of coaching.  It will also offer networking opportunities to build professional and business relationships as well as enjoy each other’s company!

Program Highlights:

Facilitated Table Topics: Coaches will share their experience around timely coaching topics, facilitate discussion and share tools/resources.

Tentative topics include:

  • Growing Your Coaching Business
  • Managing the Business Operations of Coaching
  • Group Coaching

Panel Presentation: There are many research-based principles now being incorporated by coaches into their practice. During this session, participants will learn about two such principles through case study applications; resources and tools. Principles scheduled to be presented include Emotional Intelligence and Appreciative Inquiry.

Special Closing Session:

“The Soul of Money”

A conversation about the “M” word facilitated by West Michigan PCAM Board member, Mary Jo Asmus, Aspire Collaborative Services, LLC.
